Let It Be IT Solutions LLC (“LIV-B”, “LIVB”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates https://www.liv-b.com and liv-b.com. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use the career path quiz, saved plans, and a waitlist email if the test is full.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use LIV-B, we may collect:

• Account email and sign-in codes. If you sign in, we collect your email address and send a one-time 6-digit code. We do not ask you to create a password.
• Age and ZIP code. The quiz asks your age (starting at 15) and a U.S. ZIP code so we can personalize results and look up nearby programs.
• Quiz answers and saved plans. That includes your current situation, money and timeline questions, optional military questions, interest ratings, work-style answers, priorities, and any optional note you type. If you are signed in when you finish the quiz, we store the plan on your account.
• Waitlist email. If the test is full, you can leave your email so we can tell you when a spot opens. We are not collecting payment during this test.
• Session cookies. Sign-in uses cookies so we can recognize your session. We do not run a separate advertising cookie banner in this product.
• Operational logs. Our host may record standard request logs (for example IP address and user agent) to operate and secure the site.

How we use this information

• Run the quiz and show matched career pathways
• Look up nearby training and apprenticeship options from your ZIP
• Save plans to your account when you are signed in
• Send the email sign-in code
• Email you if you ask to be notified when a test spot opens
• Respond to support requests you send us

Quiz results are a planning tool. They are not career, financial, or educational advice, and they are not a promise of admission, hiring, pay, or program availability.

Service providers

We share information with the following providers only to operate LIV-B. We do not sell personal information.

• Supabase — authentication (email OTP) and database (profiles and saved plans)
• Vercel — hosting
• Resend — monthly check-in emails during the test, if that mailer is configured. Sign-in codes are sent by Supabase Auth; Resend may also deliver those emails if it is configured as the Auth mailer
• Groq — writes your profile summary, pathway summaries, and next steps. It gets an age range (for example 15–17), not your exact age; a money label (constrained, moderate, or flexible) worked out by our code, not your income answer; your other quiz answers, with any email, phone number, or ZIP removed from notes you type; and the names of nearby programs. It does not get your ZIP, exact age, income answer, name, or email. It also answers questions in “Talk to LIV-B”. For chat it gets your question and passages from LIV-B’s own pages and your results. It does not get your name, email, exact age, ZIP, income answer, or notes.
• U.S. Department of Education College Scorecard — nearby college and program lookup using your ZIP and career keywords
• CareerOneStop (U.S. Department of Labor) — training and apprenticeship lookup using your ZIP
• U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics — occupational wage and outlook figures. Those lookups use occupation codes, not your name or email

Our career database also uses public occupational codes (including O*NET/SOC identifiers). We do not call O*NET web services with your personal information.

We do not sell personal information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Where your data goes

• Stays on your device if you never sign in: your answers, results, and favorites live in this browser only. “Forget this device” below clears them.
• Stored in Supabase if you sign in: your email, saved plans (which include your quiz answers), favorites and notes, and adult chat history (deleted after 30 days). Only your signed-in account can read them.
• Sent to providers for one request, not stored by us there: the AI providers above, and your ZIP plus career keywords to College Scorecard and CareerOneStop to find nearby programs.
• Never sent anywhere: we do not sell data, run ad trackers, or send your answers to recruiters, schools, or employers.

Sharing

Plan sharing is turned off. A saved plan can be read only by the account that saved it.

Age

The quiz is for people age 15 or older. If someone younger tries it, we stop, keep nothing they typed, and do not send it to any provider. For users under 18 we collect less: chat questions are answered but never stored, we do not send monthly check-in emails, and the AI provider sees an age range, never an exact age. If you are 15 to 17, we suggest telling a parent or guardian you are using LIV-B.

Retention and deletion

We keep account, quiz, and plan data while your account is active so you can return to a saved plan. Waitlist emails stay until we contact you or you ask us to delete them.

You can delete your account and everything saved with it yourself, below. Deleting removes your sign-in, saved plans, favorites, notes, chat history, check-in records, and any waitlist entry for your email. For anything else (access, correction, or deleting data we could not reach), email rlbrazz@gmail.com. Our host’s standard request logs and any provider’s own short-term logs follow their own retention.

Security

We use HTTPS and store account data with our database provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may also be noted by email if we have your address.
