Let It Be IT Solutions LLC (“LIV-B”, “LIVB”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates https://www.liv-b.com and liv-b.com. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use the career path quiz, saved plans, and optional Premium subscription.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use LIV-B, we may collect:

  • Account email and sign-in codes. If you sign in, we collect your email address and send a one-time 6-digit code. We do not ask you to create a password.
  • Age and ZIP code. The quiz asks your age (starting at 15) and a U.S. ZIP code so we can personalize results and look up nearby programs.
  • Quiz answers and saved plans. That includes your current situation, money and timeline questions, optional military questions, interest ratings, work-style answers, priorities, and any optional note you type. If you are signed in when you finish the quiz, we store the plan on your account.
  • Payment information. If you buy Premium, Stripe processes the payment. We store Stripe customer and subscription IDs and premium status. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Session cookies. Sign-in uses cookies so we can recognize your session. We do not run a separate advertising cookie banner in this product.
  • Operational logs. Our host may record standard request logs (for example IP address and user agent) to operate and secure the site.

How we use this information

  • Run the quiz and show matched career pathways
  • Look up nearby training and apprenticeship options from your ZIP
  • Save plans to your account when you are signed in
  • Send the email sign-in code
  • Process Premium billing and, if you subscribe, send monthly plan check-in emails
  • Respond to support requests you send us

Quiz results are a planning tool. They are not career, financial, or educational advice, and they are not a promise of admission, hiring, pay, or program availability.

Service providers

We share information with the following providers only to operate LIV-B. We do not sell personal information.

  • Supabase — authentication (email OTP) and database (profiles and saved plans)
  • Vercel — hosting
  • Stripe — payment processing for Premium
  • Resend — monthly check-in emails for Premium subscribers. Sign-in codes are sent by Supabase Auth; Resend may also deliver those emails if it is configured as the Auth mailer
  • Anthropic — generates pathway summaries from quiz answers (including age, ZIP, and the answers you submit)
  • U.S. Department of Education College Scorecard — nearby college and program lookup using your ZIP and career keywords
  • CareerOneStop (U.S. Department of Labor) — training and apprenticeship lookup using your ZIP
  • U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics — occupational wage and outlook figures. Those lookups use occupation codes, not your name or email

Our career database also uses public occupational codes (including O*NET/SOC identifiers). We do not call O*NET web services with your personal information.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Sharing and public links

If the product gives you a shareable plan link, anyone with that link may be able to view what the share page shows. Do not send a link you would not want someone else to open.

Age

The free quiz is available to people who select age 15 or older. Premium is limited to adults 18+. We do not offer a parental-consent purchase flow. A parent or guardian who wants Premium should subscribe on their own account.

Retention and deletion

We keep account, quiz, and plan data while your account is active so you can return to a saved plan. Stripe keeps billing records as needed to process payments and meet legal requirements.

To request access, correction, or deletion, email rlbrazz@gmail.com. We will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period unless we must keep it (for example, to complete a transaction, prevent abuse, or comply with law). There is no self-serve delete button in the app today.

Security

We use HTTPS and store account data with our database provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may also be noted by email if we have your address.
