By using the site you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

LIV-B is a career path quiz. It can suggest pathways such as apprenticeship, trade school, 2-year programs, 4-year programs, military, and certificates, and it can save a plan to your account if you sign in. During this free test we are not charging for accounts or plans.

We may change, pause, or discontinue features. We do not promise backups, a customer dashboard beyond what is actually in the product, or any result that is not shown in the app.

2. Not advice

LIV-B is a planning tool. It is not career, financial, educational, legal, or military advice. Wage figures, program costs, openings, and “next steps” are estimates or third-party data that can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Admissions, licensing, apprenticeships, aid, and enlistment rules are set by other organizations. Confirm programs, costs, eligibility, and outcomes yourself before you apply, enroll, borrow, or enlist.

3. Accounts

You can start the free quiz without an account. Signing in uses email and a one-time code — not a password. Keep your email and codes secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information, including the age you select on the quiz.

4. Age

The free quiz is available to users who select age 15 or older.

5. Billing

LIV-B is free during this test. We are not charging for accounts or plans. Email rlbrazz@gmail.com with questions.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the service for illegal activity, harassment, or fraud
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the site, or bypass age checks
• Scrape, copy, or resell the service or its data in bulk
• Misrepresent your identity or your age

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that results are accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LET IT BE IT SOLUTIONS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON QUIZ RESULTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED $15.

Some places do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Colorado will have jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue to use the service after an update, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
