These Terms govern your use of LIV-B (LIVB) at https://www.liv-b.com and liv-b.com, operated by Let It Be IT Solutions LLC. Contact: rlbrazz@gmail.com · 24715 East Alamo Avenue, Aurora, CO 80016.

By using the site you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

LIV-B is a career path quiz. It can suggest pathways such as apprenticeship, trade school, 2-year programs, 4-year programs, military, and certificates, and it can save a plan to your account if you sign in. Optional Premium currently unlocks additional matched pathways and related plan details shown in the product, and may include monthly plan check-in emails if that feature is active for your account.

We may change, pause, or discontinue features. We do not promise backups, a customer dashboard beyond what is actually in the product, or any result that is not shown in the app.

2. Not advice

LIV-B is a planning tool. It is not career, financial, educational, legal, or military advice. Wage figures, program costs, openings, and “next steps” are estimates or third-party data that can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Admissions, licensing, apprenticeships, aid, and enlistment rules are set by other organizations. Confirm programs, costs, eligibility, and outcomes yourself before you apply, enroll, borrow, or enlist.

3. Accounts

You can start the free quiz without an account. Signing in uses email and a one-time code — not a password. Keep your email and codes secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information, including the age you select on the quiz.

4. Age

The free quiz is available to users who select age 15 or older. Premium is for adults 18 and over. If you are under 18, you may not start a paid checkout. A parent or guardian may subscribe on their own account. We do not provide a parental-consent purchase flow.

5. Premium billing

Premium is $5/month, billed by Stripe, and auto-renews each month until canceled. The charge is in U.S. dollars. Taxes or processor fees may apply if Stripe or the law requires them.

By checking the agreement box and starting checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the initial period and each renewal until you cancel.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel to stop future renewals. After you subscribe, you can open the Stripe customer portal from the billing page (you must be signed in and have a Stripe customer on file), or email rlbrazz@gmail.com and ask us to cancel.

This is a monthly subscription. Canceling stops future charges. We do not prorate or refund the current period unless the law requires it. No separate refund page is required; this section is the refund policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the service for illegal activity, harassment, or fraud
• Attempt to buy Premium if you are under 18
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the site, or bypass age or payment checks
• Scrape, copy, or resell the service or its data in bulk
• Misrepresent your identity or your age

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that results are accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LET IT BE IT SOLUTIONS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON QUIZ RESULTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR PREMIUM IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $15 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

Some places do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Colorado will have jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue to use the service after an update, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel Premium if you have it.
